Our air handler froze up. They sent Alisa out to fix it. She was very thorough in searching and diagnosing the issue. We had a contact on our outside unit faulty causing it to run constantly. She fixed the issue as well as performing work normally done during our bi annual maintenance. I highly recommend Alisa for any heat and air work. A very professional and knowledgeable person. Alisa and her coworkers that make up the Freyaldenhoven team are great. I would also recommend getting a maintenance contract.
