Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling, is the most reliable HVAC service company in Conway, AR, and the surrounding cities and we are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians. We pride ourselves in quality installation and service and 100% customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking HVAC Residential Installers, who are highly customer serviced oriented with excellent HVAC skills.

Experience:

HVAC installer: 1 years (Required)
Self-starter and client focused

Qualities we are looking for the in the HVAC Installer candidates:

Previous experience in HVAC installation is preferred
Self-starter and client focused
Efficient, organized, and can prioritize work.
Attention to detail, problem solver, and analytical thinker.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
Personable, dependable, positive, helpful with excellent communication skills.
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must have own tools

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
