Read MoreFor nearly a decade, we have maintained a Residential Energy Savings Agreement (RESA) with Freyaldenhoven Heating & Cooling. They have serviced equipment at three different homes for us across multiple areas of Arkansas. When we moved to Heber Springs last summer, establishing a RESA on our new home was an easy decision. Our unit was serviced in July 2025 and again in January 2026. Earlier this week, we woke up to water seeping through our hardwood floors. After calling Ray Lusk for leak detection, we learned the source was not our plumbing, but water coming from beneath our HVAC unit. Naturally, our first reaction was frustration. The unit had just been serviced months earlier. We called Freyaldenhoven. A technician was arranged quickly. When we requested a copy of our RESA agreement, it was emailed immediately without hesitation. We then asked to speak with management. Shaun returned our call before noon the same day. He listened to our concerns, apologized for what we were experiencing, and explained that when the technician arrived he would FaceTime in to help investigate the issue in real time. That is exactly what happened. When Jason, the service technician, arrived, Shaun joined remotely. Photos were exchanged, troubleshooting began, and because our HVAC system sits in a tight closet space in a 1990s home, determining the cause was not straightforward. The concern wasn't only what had happened, but how to prevent it from happening again. Rather than stop there, Shaun got in his truck and drove to Heber Springs himself. After assessing the situation, he identified what appeared to be a break in a pipe running from the home to the exterior. Wanting a second opinion and another set of experienced eyes on both the diagnosis and repair plan, Jeff drove from Conway to Heber Springs after business hours to join him. Together, they evaluated the system, explained their findings to my husband and me, outlined a repair strategy, and discussed preventative steps moving forward. A plan was made for the following day, and Shaun personally returned with an apprentice to complete the work exactly as promised. Because our situation also involved a restoration company, coordination became complicated. We did not immediately know the timing for drying the affected area and replacing the filter grid. Once we had that information, we texted Shaun. He called right away and arranged for a technician to come out that same evening to install a temporary filter so restoration work could continue without interfering with the HVAC system. Our case is still active. There are still moving parts to navigate. But my husband and I believe the service we have received from Freyaldenhoven reflects genuine care, accountability, and commitment to their customers. Anyone can provide service when things are simple and routine. The true measure of a company is how they respond when a situation requires communication, problem solving, follow-through, and human care. In our experience, Freyaldenhoven has demonstrated exactly that. Read Less

Called Freyaldenhoven about 3pm and talked with Olivia. Olivia said she would try to get someone out this afternoon and she did. Shaun arrived about 5pm and replaced a capacitor and had us re-cooling in 20 minutes. We appreciate Shaun taking care of us before he finished his long day and got home to his family. Repair was covered by our service agreement. Read Less
