Freyaldenhoven sent a young lady to our house by the name of Alyssa. She was an absolute and complete joy to have....both personally and professionally. Her personality and attitude is better than I've ever experienced from anyone that's been out here before. She was very knowledgeable and she worked with the finesse and speed of a seasoned veteran. She knew every step from start to finish and even coordinated with me while I changed a pair of breakers in my breaker box. If at any point in the future I need service, I will most definitely request that she come back. She is skilled, educated, a pure joy to speak with in general and I was very, very impressed by her. We had some ongoing issues with our air handler leaking water into our drain pan. Previous techs were unable to resolve. Alyssa was able to find and resolve issue. She explained everything clearly to where I could understand it. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.
