Elijah came out the same day I called. The part was still under warranty, so there was no charge for that. I had him clean up the unit, and was able to pay in cash, which I prefer. He was prompt and thorough, and helped me understand my options so I could make informed decisions. I wish every business transaction were this pleasant! If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I are seniors, on fixed income and our health issues require us to have AC. I called last year when our older AC unit quit cooling, Luke came promptly out and worked hard to get it operating again and it lasted all the way through the summer and early fall till we turned it off due to cool weather. We called again this year to get it operating for this summer, both Luke and Chris were fantastic! They both went above and beyond to get cooling and did all they could to make sure it will continue to operate this summer. The staff who answers the phones are wonderful as well, very pleasant when you call and offering to do what they can to help! Great company to deal with and highly recommend them!!! Read Less
