Elijah came out the same day I called. The part was still under warranty, so there was no charge for that. I had him clean up the unit, and was able to pay in cash, which I prefer. He was prompt and thorough, and helped me understand my options so I could make informed decisions. I wish every business transaction were this pleasant!
